About the Role
Unleash Prosperity Now is a 501(c)(4) advocacy group committed to promoting free markets, economic opportunity, and policies that foster growth across the U.S. We seek a motivated Administrative Assistant to help keep our small, dynamic team organized and efficient while growing with the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage team and leadership calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistical details.
- Handle correspondence, draft communications, and organize information for easy access.
- Provide support for events and meetings, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Arrange travel plans and be available to travel within the United States as needed.
- Maintain smooth operation of organizational tools including scheduling software, email, documents, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Adapt to shifting priorities by proactively taking ownership of tasks from beginning to completion.
Candidate Profile
- Self-starter who acts quickly and reliably without needing reminders.
- Personable and confident communicator comfortable interacting at all organizational levels.
- Flexible availability for occasional evening and weekend work along with U.S. travel willingness.
- Strong passion for the country and alignment with the mission of free markets and economic opportunity.
- Interest in economic policy with a desire to deepen understanding.
- Quick learner motivated to assume increasing responsibilities.
- Tech-savvy with ease adapting to new software and systems.
Additional Details
- Position is hybrid, based in Washington DC, combining remote and on-site work.
- Full-time role with some evening hours required occasionally.
- Pay range is $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on experience.
- This is a non-W2 contractor position.
