The team manages the complete financial flow, including payroll and bill payments, and prepares financial statements focused on actionable, transparent data. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage deeply with the company’s operations through payroll and accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Canadian, US, and UK payroll, handling onboarding, compensation adjustments, leaves, and terminations.
• Partner with the People team to ensure that the HRIS system remains current and payroll is processed with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain clear and courteous communication across departments, providing support and clarity on complex payroll matters.
• Organize and document financial processes meticulously to reduce errors and encourage continuous improvements.
• Gain experience in accounts payable via the Float expense management platform to enhance understanding of financial transactions.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in payroll and accounts payable to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
