Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated full-time Accounts Assistant to join an event management company based near Gangadham Chowk, Pune. This entry-level position involves managing daily financial tasks over an 8 to 9 hour workday from Monday to Saturday under the supervision of a Chartered Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate client invoices and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Process and manage vendor bills accurately.
- Handle check deposits carefully and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain GST-related documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
- Maintain and update ledger accounts consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a degree or diploma in accounting or related discipline.
- Fundamental understanding of bookkeeping principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with common accounting software.
Compensation and Work Environment
The role offers a monthly remuneration of up to ₹15,000, with negotiation possible depending on the candidate's experience. Standard leave policies aligned with industry norms are provided alongside a supportive working atmosphere.
Work Schedule and Location
The working hours are approximately 8 to 9 hours daily from Monday through Saturday. The workplace is located onsite near Gangadham Chowk in Pune.
