Hallmark Honda is an authorized dealership for Honda vehicles, dedicated to providing outstanding sales and after-sales services.

The Accounts Executive position involves managing daily financial tasks and maintaining accurate accounting records to support dealership operations.

Record daily accounting entries and maintain ledgers using Tally software
Oversee GST filing, TDS calculations, and compliance with statutory tax regulations
Generate invoices for vehicle sales, spare parts, and services
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage petty cash transactions
Maintain accounts payable and receivable documentation
Liaise with vendors, dealers, and Honda's regional finance team regarding payments and account reconciliation
Assist in preparing financial statements monthly, quarterly, and annually
Provide necessary documentation for internal and external audit processes
Collaborate with sales and service teams to monitor inventory valuation
Ensure punctual payment of statutory dues such as GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC
Organize and maintain proper filing of all financial records

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related discipline; M.Com or MBA in Finance preferred
2 to 5 years of accounting experience, ideally within the automotive or dealership sector
Proficiency in Tally ERP or Tally Prime accounting software
Strong understanding of taxation including GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
Competent in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
Effective communication and coordination capabilities
Ability to independently manage tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with dealership management software (DMS) is a plus
