Role Overview
This position is for an Account Manager focused on B2B sales in the Greater Visakhapatnam Area. The role centers on managing client relationships, maintaining service quality, and ensuring customers receive dependable day-to-day support.
Primary Responsibilities
- Keep existing clients satisfied by delivering strong customer service on a daily basis.
- Review and interpret how customers are using the product and act on the insights gained.
Required Abilities
- Communicate clearly, present ideas confidently, and influence stakeholders across all levels, including senior leadership and executives.
- Handle multiple priorities effectively and decide what needs attention first.
- Manage several account-related projects at once while staying highly detail-oriented.

Experience and Education
Previous experience as an Account Manager is required. A graduation degree is mandatory.
Required Knowledge
- Mathematics, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their practical uses.
- Administration and management principles such as planning, resource allocation, leadership, and coordination.
- Economics and accounting, including financial principles, banking, markets, and analysis/reporting of financial data.
