Role Overview
As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will manage and nurture relationships with restaurant and vendor partners to help them enhance their presence on our platform, grow sales, and maintain high satisfaction levels. You will act as the primary contact, providing guidance and support to optimize their offerings and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain lasting relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners, ensuring excellent partner retention and satisfaction through proactive communication and support.
- Function as a trusted consultant by sharing insights and advice aimed at fostering partners' growth on the platform.
- Analyze sales, operations, and engagement data to pinpoint opportunities for improving menu performance, pricing strategies, promotions, and delivery logistics.
- Provide partners with data-backed recommendations to boost revenue and streamline operations through regular business reviews.
- Identify and capitalize on growth prospects within the account portfolio by upselling services, proposing cross-promotions, and enhancing partner performance.
- Assist partners in optimizing content such as menu layouts, visuals, and delivery timing to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
- Recommend, initiate, and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions that increase order volumes.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams including Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to promptly address partner concerns and ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
- Negotiate and renew commercial contracts to maintain strategic and equitable partnerships, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and operational standards, including delivery quality and availability.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Partner Success; expertise in food technology, FMCG, or e-commerce sectors is advantageous.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in data dashboard interpretation, Excel, and Google Sheets for performance analysis and deriving insights.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential.
- A customer-oriented mindset focused on delivering tangible value to partners.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
