About Bugle Foundry
Bugle Foundry is a reputed gold jewellery manufacturing company located in the Zaveri Bazaar area of Kalbadevi, Mumbai. Our business focuses on quality craftsmanship in the jewellery sector.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle accounting functions using Tally Prime, including generating E-Way Bills and E-Invoices.
- Manage inventory records and ensure accurate tracking.
- Prepare GST returns specifically GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filings accurately and timely.
- Conduct banking operations which include recording transactions and bank reconciliation activities.
- Maintain Tally backup files and support various office administrative duties.
- Be adaptable to undertake additional office tasks beyond core accounting responsibilities as necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidate must hold at least a graduate degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and familiarity with GST filing and bank reconciliations.
- Good command of English, Hindi, Marathi, and Gujarati languages is beneficial.
- Strong data entry skills and capability to manage multiple administrative tasks.
