Job Overview

Fixity Technologies is seeking a meticulous Account Executive based in Hyderabad with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in accounting. The role involves managing everyday financial operations and requires proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel capabilities, and a solid grasp of fundamental accounting practices. Experience in the Staffing or IT services domain is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting tasks including journal entry posting, ledger upkeep, and account reconciliations.
• Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows.
• Conduct bank, vendor, and customer account reconciliations accurately.
• Ensure maintenance of precise financial records and books of accounts.
• Contribute to monthly and annual financial closing procedures.
• Execute transaction processing via ERP software platforms.
• Liaise efficiently with internal teams and auditors to supply required financial documentation.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in Accounting and Finance roles.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable operations.
• Experience in ERP software usage.
• Strong verbal and written communication competencies.

Preferred Skills and Additional Requirements

• Hands-on support for GST, TDS, and related statutory compliance procedures.
• Ability to prepare Management Information System (MIS) and financial reports for leadership review.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise, including creating Pivot Tables, using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF statements, and other lookup functions pertinent to MIS reporting.
• Experience specific to the Staffing or IT Staffing industry is a plus.
• Developed analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
• Educational background in B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Intermediate, or an equivalent field of study.
