Role Description and Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the cleanliness of hotel bedrooms meets the company’s exacting standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order in assigned bedrooms, hallways, and public spaces.
• Keep bathroom and bedroom supplies stocked according to prescribed levels.
• Report any detected maintenance issues or defects within bedrooms, corridors, or public areas promptly to supervisors or management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience performing similar accommodation or housekeeping duties.
• Strong customer service aptitude paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Detail-focused with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-moving work setting.
• Flexibility regarding work schedules and hours.
