Christchurch United's academy caters to players ranging from under 4 years old up to under 20, operating through four school terms annually at the United Sports Centre in Russley.

Role Overview

We seek dedicated coaching staff who either come with formal qualifications and extensive playing experience or those starting out as knowledgeable players willing to develop coaching skills in-house. Core qualities include dependability, a genuine interest in helping children improve their football skills, and the ability to conduct structured coaching sessions.

Working Hours and Scheduling

Coaching sessions predominantly occur on weekday afternoons and evenings during school terms. Candidates are invited to specify preferred age groups and availability so that assignments best match individual strengths and schedules.

Compensation

This is a paid position, with rates varying based on the age group coached and the candidate's experience level. Detailed discussions regarding pay will take place during the interview process.

Additional Information

As the role involves working with minors, applicants who progress to the shortlist will undergo comprehensive safeguarding procedures, including police vetting, to ensure child safety.
