Role overview
This position is for an experienced academic tutor who can support the training of AI models. The work involves reviewing how chatbots perform, checking the reasoning behind their responses, and solving problems that help improve model quality.
The role calls for a very strong background in writing, editing, and content development. Backgrounds connected to communications or journalism are also relevant for this work.
What contracting with us looks like
- You can pick the projects you want to take on and decide when you work.
- The work is done on your own schedule using your own computer, from home.
- Pay starts at $25–$30+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and assess the quality of their responses.
- Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- A sharp eye for detail.
- Excellent command over grammar, writing style, and brand voice.
- A bachelor's degree that is current, in progress, or completed is preferred, though not mandatory.
