About the Role
ELEVEIIM is dedicated to revolutionizing higher education by integrating AI, Data Science, Data Analytics, Generative AI, Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, and other future-oriented skills into colleges and universities throughout India. We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven expertise in education sales to establish strong institutional collaborations and accelerate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site visits to colleges and universities to promote ELEVEIIM's industry-aligned programs.
- Engage with Principals, Directors, Chairpersons, and management teams to forge strategic partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and business proposals.
- Identify and nurture prospective institutional business opportunities.
- Develop and sustain enduring relationships with academic decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed business development and revenue objectives.
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory experience in education sales with a background spanning 2 to 5 years in education sales, academic sales, institutional sales, or B2B education sales.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities.
- Strong skills in relationship building and networking.
- Confidence in liaising with senior academic leadership and management.
- Willingness to travel for visits to colleges and universities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
Preferred Experience
Preference will be given to candidates with prior roles at prominent EdTech organizations such as BYJU'S, upGrad, PhysicsWallah, NIIT, Great Learning, Simplilearn, Emeritus, Jaro Education, CollegeDekho, or other similar institutions.
