Role Overview

As an Academic Advisor at StoryYell, you will be instrumental in delivering customized support to prospective students regarding academic pathways, curriculum details, and fee structures. You will foster strong connections between the students, parents, and our teams to facilitate smooth admissions and orientation experiences, while driving enrollment growth aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer tailored advice to students about educational programs, course structures, and associated fees.
• Actively follow up with potential students to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Lead presentations and counseling discussions highlighting course features and future career prospects.
• Manage the complete admission procedures, including necessary documentation assistance.
• Establish and nurture effective relationships with both students and their families for a seamless onboarding journey.
• Keep precise and updated records of counseling activities and follow-ups using the CRM software.
• Work closely with various internal teams to achieve set enrollment targets and support overall business goals.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience is mandatory.
