Internship Overview
This internship offers the opportunity to engage closely with fintech creators on the Discovr AI platform. Selected interns will be integral in managing creator relationships, assisting in campaign coordination, and supporting the overall talent management processes within a dynamic startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and provide support to fintech creators using the Discovr AI platform.
- Create and upkeep comprehensive databases for creators and talent.
- Work collaboratively with creators and talent managers to coordinate campaigns, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Support campaign implementation, maintain clear communication with creators, and assist in account management duties.
- Monitor and track invoices, payments, deliverables from creators, and other campaign-related activities.
- Contribute to developing and sustaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and scalable methodologies for talent management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship for 3 months.
- Start dates should be between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026.
- Individuals with a passion for the creator economy, influencer marketing, and social media are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills are essential.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 10,000 and 15,000.
- Certificate of completion and letter of recommendation provided.

Additional Information
Upon successful transition to a permanent role, candidates may receive a salary between INR 300,000 and 600,000 annually.
