Internship Overview and Responsibilities

This internship offers an opportunity to engage with potential customers utilizing various communication channels including LinkedIn, email, phone, and WhatsApp. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads and arranging product demonstrations. They will actively promote and sell SaaS platforms such as OnJob and Pitch N Hire, along with other company products and services as assigned. Establishing and maintaining strong connections with recruiters, HR professionals, startup founders, business owners, educational institutions, and colleges is key to introducing the offerings.

Consistent follow-up with leads to convert them into paying customers is essential. The intern will keep precise records of leads, conversations, and sales activity within the CRM system. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is expected to bolster sales campaigns. Meeting weekly and monthly outreach and sales objectives is a critical performance metric. Additionally, the intern will collect customer feedback and market intelligence to assist in enhancing the products.

Candidate Requirements and Eligibility

Eligible applicants must be available to work from home and begin between July 31, 2026, and September 4, 2026. They should be able to commit to the 6-month internship duration and possess relevant skills and interests in sales and marketing. Compensation and Perks

The projected salary for converted employees ranges between 300,000 and 500,000 INR annually.
