Internship Overview
This internship opportunity offers a role focused on engaging with users to understand their interests and guiding them through platform features related to sales and marketing activities. Interns will be responsible for communication and support pertaining to competitions and user concerns, ensuring a professional and respectful interaction at all times.
Daily Responsibilities
- Gain insight into users' interests, preferred skills, and motivations for joining the platform.
- Provide clear explanations about competitions, how to participate, prizes, submission rules, and platform details.
- Maintain ongoing communication with interested users until their questions are fully addressed.
- Support users with queries regarding registration, competition choices, video submissions, payment processing, outcomes, and rewards.
- Report frequent user feedback and suggestions to internal teams.
- Ensure all interactions are conducted politely and professionally.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability for a remote internship lasting 4 months, starting between July 21, 2026 and August 25, 2026.
- Ability to commit around 6 hours daily.
- Comfortable making outbound calls to users with confident communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Experience or interest in sales, customer engagement, or business development is advantageous, though freshers are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen attentively and clearly explain information.
- Comfortable working with calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.
- Women re-entering or starting their professional career are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits
