About the Internship
Caprion (Greshma Finvest Private Limited) is looking for a sales and marketing intern to join its in-office team in Bangalore. The role offers practical exposure to customer communication, relationship building, and sales coordination while working alongside an experienced sales and marketing team.
What You’ll Do
- Support the creation and execution of sales and marketing plans.
- Carry out market research and review findings to uncover fresh business opportunities.
- Work with the team on persuasive sales decks, proposals, and related materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
- Help manage the sales pipeline and monitor deal progress.
- Assist with planning and participating in meetings, events, and trade shows.
- Share routine updates and reports on ongoing sales and marketing activities.
Who Can Apply
Applications are open to candidates who can work full time from the office, are able to begin the internship between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, and can commit to a 4-month duration. Applicants must be based in Bangalore and should have relevant skills and interest in the field. Women looking to begin or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.
Other Requirements
- Preferred candidates are those from the Jayanagar 9th Block campus or the Kanakapura campus.
Compensation
The stipend ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 26,000 per month. The payout structure includes fixed pay of INR 10,000 to INR 16,000 per month and incentive pay of INR 5,000 to INR 10,000 per month.
