The organization specializes in providing expert marketing, leasing, and investment services spanning commercial, residential, and retail properties across Mumbai.

Internship Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with lead generation and client outreach initiatives.
• Conduct cold calls and execute follow-up communications with potential clients.
• Support the coordination of site visits and manage client meeting schedules.
• Maintain accurate records by updating customer databases and CRM systems.
• Acquire detailed knowledge of property listings to effectively inform prospective buyers.
• Contribute to the preparation of sales reports and daily activity summaries.
• Engage actively in team meetings and participate in formulating sales strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must be based in Mumbai.
• Applicants should be available for a full-time in-office internship lasting three months.
• Internship start date should fall between August 4, 2026, and September 8, 2026.
• Applicants should have relevant skills including leadership and effective communication.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduation in business or marketing is required.
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and operate effectively in a target-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and Word is advantageous.

Additional Information

• The internship offers a stipend ranging from INR 6,000 to 8,000 per month.
• There are five openings available for this role.
• Selected interns may receive a job offer upon successful completion of the internship.
