Internship Overview

This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop and showcase skills in digital illustration and video editing within an innovative ed-tech startup environment. You will primarily work remotely, creating distinctive faceless human illustrations and engaging short videos suited for digital and social media platforms, with an emphasis on modern aesthetics and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design compelling, oversized faceless human illustrations tailored for online platforms.
• Convert ideas into comparative visuals that effectively highlight contrasts and transformation concepts.
• Develop unique character styles coherent with contemporary design trends.
• Create short-form videos using AI technologies, optimizing them for social media engagement.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity through a soft pastel color scheme and unified design elements.
• Produce inclusive artwork representing women prominently in legal professions, emphasizing diversity and women-centered visuals.

Who Can Apply

• Applicants must be available to work remotely and commit to the internship duration of 3 months.
• Start date should fall between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026.
• Relevant skills and strong interest in digital art and video editing are required.

Additional Requirements

• Proficient use of iPad illustration tools, with a preference for Procreate.
• Portfolio on platforms like Behance or Dribbble demonstrating illustration and design expertise.
• Strong ability to communicate visually through contrasting elements and comparative creativity.
• Expertise in character design and minimalistic visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of pastel color palettes, typography, and font pairing.
• Experience in AI-driven video production and basic to intermediate video editing skills.
• Ability to produce premium and aesthetically appealing visuals from simple concepts.
• Understanding of social media visual trends focusing on clarity and audience retention.
• NIFT students or alumni are preferred candidates.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from INR 5,000 to INR 7,000.
