About the internship
This remote internship is ideal for a creative editor who can produce scroll-stopping short-form video ads for Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The work goes beyond simple trimming and stitching; it calls for someone who can combine editing, storytelling, and marketing thinking to build content that performs.
What you will do
- Create short, conversion-focused video ads of about 30 to 40 seconds for social media campaigns.
- Turn rough concepts and raw footage into compelling visual narratives that grab attention quickly.
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, strong opening hooks, captions, and visual effects.
- Deliver 1 to 2 videos every day while maintaining a quick turnaround.
- Refine creative output continuously using performance feedback and results data.
What we are looking for
The right candidate should be confident using professional editing tools on a laptop and should understand how to make content that is built for advertising. A strong sense of creativity, the ability to contribute original ideas, and an interest in performance-oriented video work are important for success in this role.
Other requirements
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is expected.
- CapCut can be used only by candidates with advanced proficiency who do not depend on templates.
- Canva and VN are not suitable substitutes for the editing workflow required here.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, ad creatives, and content marketing is important.
- You should understand hook-based editing, especially the need to capture attention in the first few seconds.
- Creativity and self-direction matter; you should not rely only on step-by-step instructions.
- The role suits someone who can bring fresh ideas to ad creation and adapt quickly while learning.
- A portfolio of relevant work is required.
- Experience with e-commerce advertising, consumer psychology in ads, or UGC-style content is a plus.
- Interest in advanced editing skills and performance marketing is strongly preferred.
- You should enjoy making engaging content that is designed to perform well.
