About the Internship
We are searching for an energetic and proactive Management Intern with a focus on Sales & Marketing. This six-month position offers practical experience in market research, customer interactions, and sales processes. Interns will collaborate closely with customers and field teams, gaining real-world exposure to business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and analyze competitors.
- Assist the sales and marketing departments in implementing business strategies.
- Engage in field visits to markets and clients to strengthen relationships and gather insights.
- Support lead generation efforts as well as client communications and follow-ups.
- Create and update reports, dashboards, and presentation materials.
- Monitor sales metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate internally with various teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Commitment to a minimum six-month internship tenure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting tasks.
- Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint to design presentations and reports.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and travel as needed.
- Analytical thinker with a solution-oriented approach.
- Highly organized, attentive to detail, and self-motivated.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available to join full-time (on-site) between July 21, 2026, and August 25, 2026. This program is open to candidates residing in Bangalore with relevant skills in sales and marketing.
