About the Internship
Join Flickit as an Instagram Content Creator intern where you will be responsible for producing compelling social media content that spotlights youth sports and athlete development. Flickit is revolutionizing youth sports through an AI-powered platform that converts training drills into interactive games and highlights young athletes' progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 4 to 5 engaging Instagram Reels weekly aligned with the content calendar.
- Shoot videos including testimonials, user-generated content, interviews with parents, and transformation stories of students.
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage, videos from founders, product demos, and training sessions.
- Create content highlighting Flickit Olympiad events and other branding campaigns.
- Manage interactive Instagram Stories such as polls, quizzes, and community engagement initiatives.
- Conduct interviews with various stakeholders like parents, children, coaches, and founders to gather authentic content.
- Edit short-form videos using captivating hooks, rapid cuts, captions, and trending audio tracks.
- Organize content shoots by managing scheduling, obtaining consents, and handling logistics.
- Monitor content production schedules, publishing timelines, and performance analytics.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments and direct messages with a friendly, professional tone.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, in-office internship starting between 15th July 2026 and 19th August 2026 for a duration of six months.
- Fresh graduates and students with relevant skills and interests in content creation are encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to capture high-quality vertical videos on smartphones or cameras.
- Comfortable directing diverse participants for natural footage.
- Strong skills in crafting engaging video introductions within the initial seconds.
- Self-driven and capable of independently managing assigned content projects.
- Experience or interest in sports, youth, or parenting content is a plus.
- Willingness to appear on camera is advantageous.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram Insights metrics such as reach, saves, and completion rates is beneficial.
- Familiarity with user-generated content and creator collaborations is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly stipend between INR 15,000 and INR 30,000.
- Certification upon completion along with a letter of recommendation.
- Flexible working hours with a 5-day work week.
