About the internship
This is a remote, part-time HR internship designed for candidates interested in learning and contributing to people operations, recruitment support, and intern engagement in a social impact-focused organisation.
What you will do
- Help coordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate record management.
- Support onboarding for new interns and keep communication clear and timely with selected candidates.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including engagement and coordination tasks for interns.
- Join virtual HR meetings, record minutes, and keep track of follow-up actions.
- Carry out simple research on HR practices, engagement methods, and current industry developments when needed.
- Prepare HR documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- Submit weekly progress updates covering assigned work and learning progress.
- Support outreach work, including awareness drives and engagement activities for the organisation.

Other requirements
- MBA in HR, Marketing, or General Management.
- BBA or BBM with a background in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, or another people-focused or HR-related discipline.
