Role Overview
The company is seeking an HR Intern to partner closely with the founding team and contribute to the growth of the organization. This position is designed for someone who wants practical exposure to HR operations in a fast-moving startup environment and would like to work across hiring, people operations, employee engagement, and internal HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
The intern will support multiple HR functions and day-to-day people operations, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding support, documentation, process tracking, and employee engagement activities.
Eligibility and Other Requirements
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to begin between 30 June 2026 and 4 August 2026, and commit to the full 3-month duration. Candidates should have relevant skills and interest in HR. Ideally, applicants are currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field. Prior HR internship experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are important, along with a proactive attitude, a sense of ownership, and a willingness to learn. Familiarity with LinkedIn and Google Workspace is an added advantage.
