Internship Overview
This internship will engage selected candidates in telecalling activities focused on outbound sales and inbound customer support while working remotely. The role requires clear communication and managing client interaction to promote the company's marketing services linked to its websites and gaming applications.
Key Duties
- Conduct outbound sales calls and timely follow-ups to potential clients.
- Professionally manage inbound inquiries, addressing customer questions politely.
- Engage with customers to comprehend their needs and expectations thoroughly.
- Introduce the company and its offerings warmly and clearly to clients.
- Identify customer requirements accurately and relay appropriate information.
- Develop rapport and trust using effective communication techniques.
- Efficiently handle and manage assigned sales leads.
- Make daily calls to allocated leads aligned with the follow-up timetable.
- Update call statuses precisely, categorizing interest levels and scheduling callbacks as needed.
- Ensure comprehensive attention to every lead without overlooking any.
- Keep detailed records and responsibly oversee the customer engagement process from start to finish.
Applicant Criteria
- Must be able to work from home throughout the internship period.
- Availability to commence the internship between 13 July 2026 and 17 August 2026.
- Commitment to a 6-month duration.
- Possess relevant skills and motivation for telecalling roles.
- Preference extended to women seeking to initiate or return to their professional careers.
- Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati languages (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Competency in MS Excel is also required.
