About the Opportunity

Join a dynamic IT startup focused on delivering web and app development solutions to small and medium businesses. This internship provides a unique chance to independently manage one or more SaaS products, guiding them from inception to successful market launch. You will work directly with company founders, embracing an entrepreneurial role to drive the product's growth and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of assigned SaaS product(s), spearheading their launch and growth strategies.
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer requirements, sector trends, and uncover new business opportunities.
Analyze competitors thoroughly to assess products, pricing, features, and market positioning.
Design and implement effective launch strategies to optimize user acquisition and revenue expansion.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and deliver compelling product presentations and demos.
Gather and process customer feedback to recommend product enhancements.
Collaborate with product and development teams to suggest feature improvements.
Perform thorough end-to-end product testing, detect bugs, and coordinate fixes with developers.
Create product documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and onboarding guides.
Plan and carry out digital marketing campaigns for outreach and customer acquisition.
Forge partnerships with businesses, educational bodies, startups, and other organizations to broaden product reach.
Analyze usage data and business metrics to improve customer adoption and retention.
Coordinate efforts across design, development, and management teams to facilitate smooth delivery.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and innovative scaling initiatives.
Prepare and deliver weekly progress updates and business insights to the leadership team.
Assume full accountability for meeting launch targets and contributing to the product's overall success.

Candidate Eligibility

Must be available for a remote internship.
Should be able to commence work between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026.
Available for a commitment of 3 months.
Possess relevant skills, interest, and enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and product management.

Compensation and Additional Benefits

Monthly stipend ranging from INR 10,500 to 20,000, comprising a fixed component of INR 10,000-15,000 and an incentive portion of INR 500-5,000.
Earn a certificate and letter of recommendation upon successful completion.
