Internship Responsibilities
- Transcribe information from paper documents, PDFs, and digital sources accurately into company databases or software systems.
- Examine and validate entered data by cross-checking with original sources to detect and rectify inaccuracies, typos, or inconsistencies.
- Maintain and update current records, organize digital files methodically, and perform regular data backups to safeguard against data loss.
- Adhere to data security standards and confidentiality protocols when managing sensitive company or client information.
- Prepare data summaries, basic charts, and reports as requested by management or team members.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, capable of commencing between July 21, 2026, and August 25, 2026, committed to a six-month duration, and possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
Additional Information
This internship is conducted onsite across multiple locations including Ajmer, Bikaner, Jodhpur, Kota, Udaipur, Jaipur, and Rajsthali. The stipend ranges from 25,000 to 35,000 INR per month. The working schedule includes five days per week.
