About the Internship
Join PadosiAgent ServTech Pvt Ltd as a Company Secretary (CS) intern and collaborate closely with our leadership team to gain practical exposure in corporate governance. We seek a driven individual with proficiency in MS Office, excellent public speaking skills, strong time management, and fluent written and spoken English communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and maintaining precise records of board meetings, resolutions, and various corporate documents.
- Arrange and prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and monitor follow-up on action points.
- Conduct research to remain updated on relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
- Help in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and documentation.
- Support the coordination and execution of corporate events and functions.
- Efficiently manage the founder’s calendar and schedule.
- Offer general administrative assistance to the executive team as needed.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a part-time role.
- Should be able to start between July 18, 2026, and August 22, 2026.
- Available for a 3-month internship period.
- Possess the relevant skills and genuine interest for the role.
