About the Internship
This full-time, on-site internship is for a Business Development (Sales) role focused on building corporate relationships, understanding training needs, and supporting delivery of learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong connections with corporate clients and training partners.
- Assess the learning needs of working professionals and suggest suitable training programs.
- Work closely with enterprise clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders to help programs run smoothly and successfully.
Who Can Apply
Applications are open only to candidates who can work full-time from the office, are available to start between 4 July 2026 and 8 August 2026, can commit for 6 months, are based in Bangalore, and have the relevant skills and interest for the role.
Requirements
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Confident, proactive, and self-driven attitude.
- Good abilities in relationship building, presentations, and negotiation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline; MBA/BBA is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Stipend
The internship offers a monthly stipend in the range of INR 11,000 to 20,000, including a fixed component of INR 10,000 to 15,000 and an incentive component of INR 1,000 to 5,000.
