Role overview

This internship is focused on off-page SEO and ethical backlink acquisition for HelloGrowthCRM. The intern will help research backlink prospects, support outreach, manage tracking data, and contribute to backlink reporting while following white-hat SEO practices.

Key responsibilities

Find suitable websites, blogs, directories, SaaS listing platforms, startup directories, business directories, and CRM-related sites for backlink opportunities.
Build backlinks using approved, ethical white-hat SEO methods.
List HelloGrowthCRM on relevant business directories, SaaS directories, CRM directories, startup platforms, and review sites.
Look for guest post, resource page, broken-link, and content collaboration opportunities.
Keep backlink trackers updated with website name, URL, domain authority or rating, contact person, email address, submission status, published backlink link, anchor text, and follow-up status.
Support email outreach for backlink partnerships and collaboration efforts.
Write polished outreach emails for guest posts, link insertion requests, and collaboration proposals.
Work with the content team on guest post topics and backlink content needs.
Track existing backlinks and flag links that are broken, removed, or low quality.
Help strengthen off-page SEO performance for HelloGrowthCRM.
Follow the company’s SEO rules and avoid spammy, irrelevant, or black-hat backlink tactics.
Prepare researched prospect lists for backlink opportunities and outreach targets.
Produce weekly backlink-creation reports and monthly progress summaries.
Study competitor backlinks and maintain analysis sheets.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship, be able to begin between 7 July 2026 and 11 August 2026, commit to a 6-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in the role. Women looking to start or restart their careers are also welcome to apply.

Stipend

The internship pays INR 2,000 to 2,500 per month.

Other requirements

Basic knowledge of SEO fundamentals and backlink creation workflows.
Strong internet research ability to locate relevant websites, directories, and blogs.
Comfort using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking and data handling.
Clear written communication skills for simple, professional outreach emails.
Understanding of keywords, anchor text, domain authority, and website relevance.
Willingness to learn SaaS marketing and off-page SEO techniques.
Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Ubersuggest, or Google Search Console is a plus.
Prior experience with business listings, guest posting, directory submissions, or blogger outreach is preferred.
Exposure to SaaS, CRM platforms, sales software, or B2B marketing is beneficial.

Additional information

Spammy backlink building, irrelevant directory submissions, automated backlink tools, and link farms are strictly disallowed.
Backlinks from adult, gambling, casino, illegal, or poor-quality websites are not permitted.
Misleading anchor text, comment spam, and forum spam are prohibited.
The company notes that work mode may be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on policy.
Immediate joining or early availability is preferred.
