Role Overview

As a Yard Coordinator, you will be integral in maintaining orderly and safe operations in our equipment yard. Your responsibilities will range from handling equipment cleanliness to assisting with loading and unloading, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough washing and cleaning of equipment.
• Arrange and organize equipment efficiently within the yard.
• Keep the physical facilities tidy and well-maintained.
• Support loading and unloading tasks for various equipment.
• Inspect returned equipment for any damages, document findings, and complete service tags accordingly.
• Assist with the delivery and pickup of small tools and parts as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues by offering help and support proactively.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Must hold a valid Class G driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record (maximum of 3 demerit points); an updated driver's abstract will be requested.
• Self-motivated, highly customer-service oriented, and efficient in team settings.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Comfortability using computer systems.
• Physically capable of lifting items up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Possession of a forklift license is advantageous.
• Mechanical skills are considered a plus.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with coworkers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• A strong sense of pride in one’s work and responsibilities.

• Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $20.00.
