Role Overview

The position of Working Student - Product Data & Analytics offers the chance to support the RX Product Domain by empowering Product Managers with data-driven decision-making. This involves analytics, reporting, experimentation, and insights powered by AI. You will collaborate alongside Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and AI specialists to analyze product and customer data, assess product performance, and contribute to creating data-driven enhancements that enrich both products and the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine product and customer datasets to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and generate actionable insights.
• Create dashboards and reports utilizing Power BI or Tableau to track product metrics and business key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist with product experiments by preparing data samples, evaluating outcomes, and assessing feature effectiveness.
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams including Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, and AI experts in developing improvements grounded on data findings.
• Investigate and implement AI solutions, such as Generative AI, to enhance internal workflows and customer interactions.
• Communicate analytical results and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain documentation on analyses, experiment results, and best practices facilitating continual advancement.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is inquisitive, analytically skilled, and passionate about learning. Enjoyment in working with data, addressing business challenges, and collaborating to transform insights into superior products is essential.

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program related to Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or similar discipline.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing data through academic projects, internships, or personal initiatives.
• Strong analytical reasoning skills and effective communication of data insights.
• Proficiency with Excel and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau, along with comprehension of KPIs and business metrics.
• Interest and practical exposure to AI technologies such as ChatGPT or other Generative AI tools.
• Basic familiarity with Python and SQL is advantageous, as is experience with Databricks, BigQuery, Jira, or Confluence.
• Fluent in English, with German language ability considered a plus.
