Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operations Manager to handle end-to-end warehouse activities for our e-commerce channels including Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website. This role involves managing order processing, inventory control, shipping coordination, and maintaining overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing from multiple sales channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, and company website.
• Verify stock availability, accurately pick and pack products for shipment.
• Generate invoices and shipping labels; ensure prompt dispatch through courier partners.
• Maintain precise inventory records, logging inward and outward stock movements.
• Regularly reconcile physical stock with system data, performing stock audits.
• Monitor inventory levels, organize SKUs systematically in storage.
• Handle product returns, refusal to deliveries, and exchanges by inspecting returned goods and updating records accordingly.
• Report damaged, missing, or discrepant items promptly.
• Coordinate pickups and shipments daily, solving logistical challenges as they arise.
• Maintain comprehensive records including dispatch reports, order logs, and inventory MIS using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, proper labeling, and organized storage environments.
• Assist with stock receiving, audit procedures, and support smooth overall warehouse operations.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years experience in warehouse management, e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, inventory control, or dispatch coordination.
• Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management.
• Comfortable operating computers and various e-commerce or order management software platforms.
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail orientation in all tasks.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse roles such as picking, packing and handling stock.
• Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently.
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible with a professional work attitude.
• Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or Shiprocket is advantageous.
