Warehouse Manager

About the Role

Pizza & Friends is seeking a part-time Warehouse Manager based in Dubai. This position combines onsite responsibilities with some remote tasks focusing on planning and reporting. The manager will oversee day-to-day warehouse functions including receiving, storing, and dispatching products, while maintaining precise inventory records and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the supply chain.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse personnel to maintain operational efficiency.
• Manage inventory control, including tracking stock levels and documenting incoming and outgoing goods.
• Organize storage facilities and optimize layout for improved workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and cleanliness within the warehouse environment.
• Collaborate closely with procurement and logistics teams to synchronize supply chain activities.
• Prepare and deliver regular inventory and performance reports.
• Utilize technology tools and warehouse management systems to enhance accuracy and operational productivity.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in stock and inventory control principles.
• Strong background in inventory and operations management practices.
• Experience operating forklifts or equivalent equipment safely and efficiently.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software and basic data entry/reporting abilities.
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
• Previous exposure to warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environments; supervisory experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills suitable for a diverse, multicultural team setting in Dubai.
• Minimum education: high school diploma or its equivalent; additional certification in warehousing, logistics, or safety is a plus.
