Job Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Keeper responsible for managing spare parts inventory with precision and efficiency in the Makkah Region. The role requires handling incoming and outgoing parts, maintaining inventory control via ERP systems, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive and thoroughly inspect spare parts in accordance with Purchase Orders, updating the ERP system to accurately reflect store transactions.
- Report any damaged or non-compliant local spare parts to the Central Business Unit (CBU) and foreign parts to the Purchasing officer for appropriate follow-up actions.
- Issue spare parts as requested through Parts and Service Requisition Forms and update ERP records to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Conduct an annual physical inventory count of the store and provide the inventory report to the Accounts department for reconciliation with system records, highlighting any discrepancies.
- Prepare packing slips in alignment with invoices and delivery information.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization adhering to 5S workplace standards.
Qualifications and Requirements
- The position demands a detail-oriented approach to managing inventory and utilizing ERP software.
- Capable of identifying quality issues and coordinating with other departments to resolve them.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain 5S standards within the storage facility.
