The Arts Club Dubai is located at the heart of DIFC within the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place, designed by Foster + Partners. Spanning four floors and covering 65,000 square feet, it is the first overseas branch of the renowned private members' club established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The club serves a diverse community from various cultures and sectors, offering members a refined lifestyle and a sanctuary combining comfort, hospitality, and elegance with exemplary service and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a designated station during assigned hours, including order taking and food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy in point-of-sale entries.
• Encourage sales and foster strong relationships with members and guests to guarantee a memorable experience and gather direct feedback.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding orders, stock availability, and special requests.
• Collaborate with Bar and Sommelier teams to promote up-selling of cocktails, wine, sake, and other beverages.
• Address minor guest complaints promptly and courteously.
• Prepare and ensure availability of all necessary service items such as crockery and cutlery.
• Minimize food and beverage waste through efficient service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentability of the Lounge area throughout operating hours.
• Complete all opening and closing duties by monitoring daily checklists.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within luxury hotels or fine dining establishments.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Preferred knowledge of cocktail preparation and service.
• Familiarity with Food and Beverage management applications.
• Strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and adaptability.
• Effective team leadership, communication, and listening abilities.
• Possess integrity and maintain confidentiality in all professional interactions.
• Capability to work extended shifts and remain standing for prolonged durations.
