Join the Nikki Beach Hospitality Group in Dubai as a Waiter/Waitress starting in October. This role goes beyond simply taking orders: it involves acting as a host and entertainer, delivering exceptional food and beverage service while fostering authentic connections with guests. You will help guests experience Nikki Beach's signature lifestyle, ensuring every visit is a memorable Celebration of Life.

Core Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging, and professional service that reflects Nikki Beach's values.
• Efficiently and accurately take food and drink orders, utilizing POS systems.
• Present menu selections and daily specials with knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Use expertise to recommend and upsell items, including food, beverages, and wine pairings.
• Serve food and drinks to tables and sunbeds promptly.
• Maintain mise en place, including cutlery, napkins, condiments, and menus.
• Ensure assigned sections are clean, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond quickly to requests, and professionally handle complaints.
• Collaborate with runners and other staff to maintain smooth service flow.
• Perform opening, daily, and closing duties consistently and thoroughly.
• Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions.
• Uphold high standards of grooming, hygiene, and personal presentation.

Candidate Profile

• Innately friendly, communicative, and service-oriented.
• Confident advising guests on food, beverage, and wine choices.
• Ability to stay efficient and focused during busy service periods.
• Fluent English speaker; additional languages are beneficial.
• Remain calm under pressure while multitasking with a positive attitude.
• Excellent team player with strong cooperative skills.
• Professional appearance and proud of personal grooming.
