Role Overview

This position offers a full-time, on-location opportunity in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as a Waiter. The individual will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, presenting menus attentively, accurately recording orders, and ensuring prompt and polished delivery of food and beverages. Additional duties include arranging and clearing tables, sustaining cleanliness throughout the dining area, collaborating closely with kitchen personnel to facilitate smooth operations, and addressing any guest questions or issues effectively.

The role also encompasses managing payments, adhering strictly to health and safety protocols, and providing support to team members during peak times. Maintaining exceptional customer service standards and representing the establishment with courtesy and professionalism are essential.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service skills focused on fostering a warm and positive experience for all guests.
• Hands-on expertise in food and beverage service, including thorough knowledge of the menu and proper serving procedures.
• Clear and professional communication capabilities to interact with guests and fellow staff.
• Previous experience in the hospitality sector, such as restaurants or hotels, is highly desirable.
• Ability to stand for long durations, operate flexible shift schedules, and perform efficiently in fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards with strong attention to detail and dependability.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional languages prevalent within Riyadh considered advantageous.
