Overview

Join a global technology and consulting firm as a Vendor Master Data (MDM) Team Lead based in Kolkata, India. This role focuses on managing procure-to-pay vendor master operations by ensuring strong data governance and compliance, enhancing ERP systems, driving process improvements, and leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee PTP vendor master data operations maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
Implement and monitor vendor master maintenance processes aligned with governance standards.
Lead enhancements and updates within ERP systems related to vendor data.
Ensure adherence to compliance standards and facilitate audit processes.
Manage stakeholder communications and relationships effectively.
Drive continuous process improvements including Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Meet and manage SLA targets related to vendor master data management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Possesses a B.Com, M.Com, or has cleared CA Intermediate.
Has 8 to 12 years of experience specifically in procure-to-pay and vendor master data management.
Proficient in SAP and JD Edwards ERP platforms.
Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and implementation.
Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis.
Experienced in compliance management, audits, and stakeholder handling.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities in managing teams.
