Position Overview
We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with 2 to 5 years of experience to influence the evolution of cutting-edge financial technology products. This position involves spearheading projects from initial discovery and research phases through to refined UI design and seamless developer handoff. You will collaborate closely with clients, product teams, and engineers to deliver user-centric and intuitive experiences for sophisticated financial platforms and data-intensive applications. This role suits individuals passionate about resolving intricate UX challenges, guiding stakeholder discussions, and crafting elegant solutions for complex data workflows and products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage UX/UI design projects end-to-end from concept through delivery.
- Create designs for intricate dashboards, workflows, and enterprise-level interfaces.
- Perform user research, conduct stakeholder interviews, and facilitate workshops.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and refined UI designs using Figma.
- Confidently present design workflows and ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Contribute to the development of scalable design systems and AI-enhanced product experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles.
- A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma design software.
- Experience designing SaaS, fintech, enterprise, or data-centric applications.
- Excellent analytical, visual, and communication skills.
- Ability to distill complex information into clear, intuitive user experiences.
- Comfortable operating within hybrid and globally distributed teams.
Preferred Skills
- Background or interest in financial services, fintech, banking, or wealth management sectors.
- Expertise in facilitating workshops and delivering client presentations.
- Experience with design systems and component-based design approaches.
- Interest in AI and emerging technologies influencing design.
