UX Designer

About The Role

This position is responsible for managing the complete user experience design lifecycle, starting from initial user research through to creating detailed, high-quality interfaces that are actively used by thousands each day.

You will collaborate closely with product managers and frontend developers to transform complicated workflows into digital products that are intuitive, accessible, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform user research, conduct interviews, and carry out usability testing to gain deep insights and confirm design assumptions.
• Develop wireframes, user journeys, interactive prototypes, and polished UI elements using Figma.
• Design and uphold a scalable design system that ensures consistency and meets accessibility guidelines across all platforms.
• Work in partnership with product managers and engineering teams to clarify requirements and monitor implementation processes.
• Define UX performance measures and evaluate product data post-launch to continuously improve usability and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Between 3 and 6 years of UX design experience within digital product environments, with a portfolio showcasing complex web or mobile app projects.
• Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping software, chiefly Figma, with strong knowledge of responsive layouts and interaction design principles.
• Strong grounding in human-centered design practices, including both qualitative and quantitative research methods, as well as familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
• Preferred: Skills in front-end prototyping using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, experience managing design systems, or background in enterprise SaaS products.
