Job Summary

We are seeking an expert in Training and Experimentation to support a Department of Defense client with missions focusing on Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) and Force Protection capabilities. This role involves spearheading the design and delivery of training programs, coordinating experimentation efforts, and integrating product support components. Employment involves working within Department of the Workforce (DoW) software acquisition and rapid development initiatives employing best practices like COTS integration, agile methodologies, and human-centered design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Apply Department of Defense instructions relevant to product support and acquisition aligned with client programs.
  • Plan, design, and execute comprehensive training analyses and related activities for various projects.
  • Create curricula and develop technical instructional materials.
  • Facilitate the inclusion of product support elements into DEVSECOPS pipelines and program capabilities.
  • Assist with the review and drafting of operator manuals, technical bulletins, and pertinent documentation.
  • Support experimentation phases as well as test and evaluation events.
  • Manage scheduling, tracking, and briefing reports for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate and act as liaison among diverse stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of meetings and activities.
  • Lead facilitation activities including meetings, table-top exercises, demonstrations, and similar events.
  • Analyze and break down requirements to aid design and engineering efforts.
  • Provide guidance and participate in cloud deployment planning and execution for CBRN software systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Must hold at least a SECRET security clearance.
  • Possess between 15 to 20 years of substantial experience supporting CBRN and/or logistics mission areas.
  • Proven experience in delivering training for CBRN software systems targeted at warfighter readiness.
  • Hands-on expertise in experimentation and evaluation of CBRN software platforms.
  • Familiarity with logistics concepts and product support frameworks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Exceptional writing skills coupled with critical thinking and effective communication capabilities.
  • Proven problem-solving aptitude and ability to collaborate efficiently within fast-paced team settings.
