Job Responsibilities

• Expertly market and present company services to attract prospective clients.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calling techniques.
• Achieve sales targets within set deadlines.
• Collaborate with Team Lead or Manager to identify and capitalize on market and territorial opportunities.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in sales roles.
• Proven expertise in sales, negotiation, and effective communication, supported by C1-level proficiency in English.

• Strong skills in managing time and multitasking efficiently.

• Availability to work onsite from the company office in Tirana.
