About the Role
Empower Connect Management System is seeking a skilled Lead Generation Executive with experience in Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing. The primary responsibility is to identify and qualify B2B leads for our HRMS & Attendance Software and to organize product demonstration sessions for the sales team. This position focuses exclusively on lead generation without requiring sales closure.
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads specific to HRMS and Attendance Software solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule product demonstration meetings for the sales department.
- Focus solely on lead acquisition without engaging in sales negotiations or deal closures.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in Tele Sales or related fields such as Lead Generation, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills to effectively qualify leads.
- Basic computer literacy to manage scheduling and data entry tasks efficiently.
