We operate under the Indian national vehicle scrappage policy, striving to remove old, polluting, and unsafe vehicles from roads to promote cleaner air and better road safety.
Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring our customers have a transparent, seamless, and positive experience during the vehicle scrapping and certification procedures.
Government Expectations
- Ensure vehicles are dismantled, de-polluted, and disposed of properly.
- Maintain transparency with legal documentation and complete traceability of the scrapping process.
- Support the national objectives of reducing vehicle emissions and enhancing road safety.
Key Duties
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Clearly communicate the legal and environmental advantages of scrapping old vehicles.
- Collaborate internally to address customer queries and guarantee smooth service delivery.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-ups.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduation from an accredited institution is required.
- Previous sales experience or similar roles, ideally in automotive or service industries.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary depends on the candidate’s skill set and experience, ranging approximately from 18000 to 23000 INR.
