Telecaller Operations

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telecaller Operations associate to support day-to-day coordination work and customer interactions. This position focuses on managing both incoming and outgoing calls, assisting with operational follow-ups, handling queries, and helping ensure smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound calls to jobseekers for coordination, updates, and follow-ups tied to operational activities.
• Respond to inbound calls as needed and support customer queries in a professional manner.
• Keep CRM records up to date with customer conversations, feedback, and relevant status updates.
• Follow defined quality guidelines and use call scripts while maintaining a courteous and professional tone.

Skills and requirements

The role requires strong spoken communication in English and Hindi, along with a customer-first approach, good coordination abilities, and careful attention to detail. Candidates should also be comfortable handling multiple tasks and managing priorities efficiently. Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools is expected.
