Job Overview

The Kuber Group in Indore is seeking enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to engage with potential clients via phone, introducing and explaining products and services while generating qualified leads. Key Duties

• Make over 300 outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
• Present company products and services in a professional manner.
• Identify and qualify leads through phone conversations.
• Maintain ongoing communication with interested customers.
• Meet monthly sales and performance objectives.
• Accurately update customer information and call logs in the CRM system.
• Address basic customer inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold a professional and customer-centric approach throughout interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate lead conversion and follow-ups.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade pass; graduates preferred.
• Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
• Proficient communication in Hindi is essential; English proficiency is desirable.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Positive attitude with eagerness to learn.
• Ability to perform in a target-driven environment.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Monthly salary range: ₹4,000 to ₹5,000.

Work Schedule

• Morning shift: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
• Afternoon shift: 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
