Role Overview

The Telco Sales Coordinator supports the Store Management team to meet overall store objectives by fostering a high-performance culture and delivering outstanding customer service. You will focus on the Communications department by driving sales and profit goals through ongoing training, coaching, and supporting the Communications team.

Key Responsibilities

• Help achieve store sales and profitability targets by continuously training and coaching the Communications team.
• Maintain merchandising standards within the Communications department as agreed.
• Ensure all department processes comply with safety, legislative, and in-store reporting requirements.

Candidate Qualifications

• Enjoy working in a lively retail environment and bring proven retail experience with solid knowledge of telecommunications products.
• Experience in customer service, cash handling including EFTPOS, and demonstrating sales ability with retail products.
• Capability to work effectively both independently and with the sales team, maintaining composure under pressure.
