Techno-Functional Project Manager - SaaS Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a Techno-Functional Project Manager to oversee and facilitate the effective rollout of our SaaS-based Human Capital Management and Visa Management platforms. This position acts as a crucial link among clients, business units, and technical teams to ensure seamless deployment, configuration, and user adoption of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SaaS implementation projects, covering requirements gathering, deployment, and post-launch support.
• Serve as the main liaison for clients, maintaining transparent communication, managing expectations, and ensuring project delivery according to schedule.
• Assess client business workflows to convert them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Coordinate activities among technical, QA, and product teams to guarantee effective customization, configuration, and integration of the solution.
• Perform product demonstrations, oversee user acceptance testing, and conduct training for client teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and prepare necessary documentation such as statements of work, timelines, and reports.
• Collaborate across departments to improve the software’s performance, ease of use, and overall client satisfaction.
• Ensure all deployments adhere to data protection, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation or techno-functional project management, preferably within Human Capital or Visa/Immigration Management systems.
• Good knowledge of HR functions, onboarding, payroll, workforce management, and visa processing workflows is advantageous.
• Practical experience handling IT system deployments, integrations such as REST APIs, and data migration tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Documented success in client management, stakeholder engagement, and delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or equivalents is preferred.
• Professional certifications like PMP or Agile are beneficial but not required.
