Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tech Lead proficient in Embedded C++ to join the team in Mysuru, India at Dover Corporation. The role focuses primarily on the design and development of firmware for printer products while collaborating closely with stakeholders as a key team member.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop firmware tailored for printer product lines.
• Comprehend and analyze product requirements to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Create and perform unit testing to verify functionality and reliability.
• Adhere strictly to Agile and CMMi development methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a pivotal link with stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Extensive experience with Embedded domain programming.
• Proficient in C++ programming incorporating modern language features.
• Strong grasp of software structures including pointers, callback functions, and bitwise operations.
• Sound understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with STL basics and fundamental data structures such as queues, stacks, and lists.
• Knowledgeable in toolchains, code compilation processes, cross-compilation, memory management, and both static and dynamic libraries.
• Practical hands-on coding expertise is essential.
• Understanding the basics of serial and socket device drivers.
• Experience with multithreading applications.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating system and realtime operating systems (RTOS).
• Competency with system calls, debuggers, emulators, and communication protocols.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should possess a B.Tech or B.E. degree in any specialization.
